VSAHA has created an equipment trailer in the continued effort of "Growing The Game". To utilize the trailer, your association will be responsible for pick up and return of the trailer. There is no charge to use the trailer but a Loan Agreement form will need to be signed.
The trailer requires a 2" ball and has a 4 wire flat light adapter for towing.

1. Equipment will be used in an effort to get new players introduced to the game.
2. The equipment is not to be rented, although a small fee may be charged for the event to offset the cost of ice time if not donated.
3. The trailer must be picked up and returned on the agreed to date and location.
4. Loaned equipment will be inspected by the borrower prior to use. Any damaged, broken, or missing equipment should be reported immediately to VSAHA prior to use.
5. Loaned equipment that is damaged, broken or stolen during the event will be replaced by the borrower at their expense. Any damaged, broken, or missing equipment should be reported to VSAHA immediately after the event.
6. Loaned equipment will be dried and maintained after the event prior to being returned.
7. VSAHA should be publicized at the event for having provided the equipment.
8. After the event, pictures and a write up of how the event went will be submitted to VSAHA.
9. The organization agrees to release all providers of the equipment from any and all liability.
